The youth have long been recognized as potent forces in social transformation. For many years, the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) has always been placing importance in advocating the youth as future stewards of the environment and water resources, thus, making them the beneficiaries of its different local contests. Through these contests, the youth share their talents and subsequently, engage themselves in water advocacy.
