Report on stabbing incident
One Noni Donasco y Quionez, 31 years old, married, farmer and resident of P-5B, Brgy Siagao, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur was stabbed to death by one Junior Bautista, legal age, farmer and res of said place, with the use of knife inside the house of the victim’s brother of same place on November 25, 2010 at 3:00 am.
Initial investigation disclosed that both victim and suspect arrived at the house of Dionico Donasco after having drinking spree and while the victim was lying inside the house, suspect without any apparent reason stabbed the victim six times hitting the different parts of his body which resulted to his instantaneous death. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident.
PNP elements of San Miguel Municipal Police Station (MPS) now conducted thorough investigation of the incident. Progress report to follow.
Also, one Markwin Arances y Bollozos, alias Badi, legal age, single and resident of Brgy Golden Ribbon, Butuan City was stabbed with the use of bladed weapon hitting his right arm and below his right armpit resulting to his instantaneous death.
Duty investigator of Butuan City Police Office, PO3 Jelio Mendoza together with the reaction team of Patrol Section led by SPO3 Alvin Pomera immediately proceeded to the crime scene and conducted investigation and revealed that the suspect identified as one Marfe Senados, alias Ilaga, legal age, res of P-7, Brgy Limaha, Butuan City who fled after the incident.
Initial investigation disclosed that the victim had a drinking spree along with his friends at Quickchow Restaurant, R. Calo Street, Butuan City on November 25, 2010 at 9:30 pm and thereafter, he went out to buy cigarette, meters away during the incident occurred. Victim was rushed to MJ Santos Hospital but pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician. Progress report to follows. (PNP-13/PIA-Caraga)
Progress report
A case of murder was filed against the suspect one Emie Baroy Pasyo of Nabunga, Boston, Davao Oriental at Provincial Prosecutors Office, dated November 24, 2010, docketed under I.S Nr 13-03-Inv-10K-208.
It can be recalled that at around 5:00 O’clock in the afternoon of November 16, 2010, at Sito Bolisong, Brgy. Pangyan, Trento, Agusan del Sur, one Remmie Caligang y Tura, 36 years old, married, a resident of P-1, Brgy. Pangyan, Trento, Agusan del Sur and a newly elected Brgy. Captain of the said Barangay was shot to death by two (2) unidentified suspects.
A case of homicide was field against one Joper Esmatao y Apala and and Jestoni Gucor y Pulvera at Provincial Prosecutor’s Office on November 25, 2010, docketed under I.S. Nr 1303-Inv-20K-209.
It was recalled that one Randy Subebe y Funa, 21 yrs old, single while watching a Brgy Show at Purok 3, Brgy Buenasuerte, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur on November 15, 2010 at 7:30 pm was stabbed by one Joffer Estamao y Apala, 25 yrs old, single and one Jestoni Gukor y Pulvera, 20 yrs old, single, all res of Purok 3, Buenasuerte, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
Suspects were arrested by the responding Brgy Officials and Brgy Tanods and were immediately turned over to San Francisco MPS for proper disposition. (PNP-13/PIA-Caraga)
