"We are not strict with miscellaneous fees, so I hope they cooperate," si CHED chairperson Dr. Patricia Licuanan miingon atol sa gipahigayong Communication and News Exchange (CNEX) Forum and "Talking Points" Program niadtong Martes, Mayo 31, 2011 didto sa Quezon City nga gipaluyuhan sa government's main media arm Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).

“We just tell them to roll back to their old, reasonable rates.”

"Some require energy fee, laboratory fee, and as we know, on-the-job-training fees. We understand, though, it can be an area of abuse," siya mitumbok.
"These can be justified, but we have to be sure it is within acceptable rates," si Licuanan miingon.

"We know that education is an investment; it is not cheap. Their students will dwindle if they run schools like mere business," siya miingon. (PIA-Surigao del Norte)
