TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING: TROPICAL DEPRESSION “ZORAIDA”
ISSUED AT 3:30 PM, 12 NOVEMBER 2013

TROPICAL DEPRESSION “ZORAIDA” HAS WEAKENED INTO A LOW PRESSURE AREA.

Location of eye/center: At 2:00 PM today, the center of the Low Pressurewas estimated based on all available data to be in the vicinity of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur or at 40 km West Northwest of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.5°N, 126.0°E).

• All Public Storm Warning Signals are now lifted.
• With this development and unless re-intensification occurs, this is the final bulletin on this weather disturbance.
• Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rainshowers are observed over Central and Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao and expected to persist for the next 6-12 hours. Light to moderate rainshowers is expected to persist over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao.
