Ang nasabing assembly ay may temang “Empowering and Uniting the Agusanons through Information and Effective Communication.”

Ang ilan sa mga paksa na tinalakay ay ang Basic Scriptwriting and Public Speaking; the role of community media in the continuing development of mass media at current trends; at Basic News Writing and Broadcasting.
