Pres. Rodrigo Duterte to visit PNP regional office
in Butuan City

BUTUAN CITY, Oct. 6 (PIA) - President Rodrigo Roa
Duterte will make his first official visit in the city on Thursday at the
Philippine National Police (PNP) Caraga Regional Office at Camp Rafael
Rodriguez.
The President is expected to arrive at 1:50 p.m.
and will proceed to a command conference with officials from the Police
Regional Office 13.
President Duterte will personally give award and
recognition to PNP personnel with notable accomplishments on the fight against
illegal drugs.
After the command conference, he will meet with the
police officers where he will deliver his “talk to men” speech.

Duterte is set to give an award to Philippine National Police (PNP) provincial
police offices and personnel during his official visit to the city on Thursday
afternoon.
Among the awardees include: Agusan del Sur Police
Provincial Office for Best Performing Police Provincial Police Office; Surigao
City Police Office of the province of Surigao del Norte for Best Performing
Police Station; San Francisco Municipal Police Station of the province of
Agusan del Sur; CIDG 13 for Best Performing National Separate Unit; PCInsp
Rommel B Villamor as Top Performer of Police Regional Office 13’s Anti-Illegal
Campaign; PCInsp Christian L Rafols II for having the Most Number of Arrested
Drug Personalities in the implementation of Project Double Barrel; and PSInsp
Arvin E Hosmillo for the Most Number of Illegal Drugs Confiscated in the
Implementation of Project Doule Barrel.
Duterte is expected to arrive at 1:50 p.m. at Camp
