‘Bisaya Gyud’ party-list rallies behind Duterte, Go after withdrawal from candidacy
BUTUAN CITY -- Like any other true-blue allies, the Bisaya Gyud (BG) party-list sticks up for President Rodrigo Duterte and Senator Bong Go after both politicos have decided on Tuesday, Dec. 14, to withdraw from the race in the 2022 polls.

“As with all things, not everything is carved in stone. It may happen that political hopefuls may change their mind. It is obviously not a devious stratagem but rather a richer appreciation about the nature of the political sphere, and we respect their insights and practical wisdom over this matter,” said Victorino Garay, president of the BG party-list.
The Bisay Gyud part-list gave credence to the strength of the present administration and still believed in its alive and robust governance.
Victorino underscored that as Filipinos stand now at the crossroads fighting for the invisible enemy, the way the administration addresses COVID-19 defines its zeal to contribute to the human good in each particular situation.
He said that up to this end, the Bisaya Gyud party-list rededicate its support to President Duterte and Senator Go in strengthening the administration and furthering the official aims for the country and people.
“The service to all our kababayans continues and we are pleased to tell that the Bisaya gyud party-list supports Davao City mayor Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio in her bid for vice president,” said Victorino.
He, however, said that the group still consolidates perceptions from among its more than a hundred thousand united members as to the choice for the seats for presidency and the senate.
“With multiplicity of voices, we are mustering strength for a renewed effort in favor of the Duterte administration, Sen. Go and the daughter of the head of the state,” Victorino emphasized.
He further said that this is the brand of leadership that people can come to trust and rally behind. ###
