AgSur cops nab top 4 Most Wanted Person

Canlapan identified the arrested person as 59 years old, male, single, farmer
and a resident of Purok-9, Cosma, Upper Co-o, Consuelo, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur.
Suspect
was arrested by joint operation of Agusan del Sur Provincial Intelligence Unit
(PIU) as lead Unit and Trento Municipal Police Station (MPS) by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of rape by sexual assault in relation to RA
7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. 21-686 issued by Executive
Judge Honorable Ambrosio N Moleta, Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court
(RTC), 10th Judicial Region, Branch 55, Prosperidad, Agusan del
Sur with bail bond recommended amounting of Php 120,000.00.
Arrested
person is now under custody of Trento MPS for proper disposition.
