Tagbina hosts first ever DSWD evaluation, One-Stop Procurement Review cum Cluster

TAGBINA, Surigao del Sur -- The Local Government Unit of Tagbina headed by Mayor Glaiza Jane Polizon-Lanete, successfully hosted  the One-Stop Procurement Review cum Cluster Fiduciary, the first ever evelaution in Caraga Region, held at the AJL Function Hall, Poblacion, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur last February 27 to 28, 2023.

The activity aims to review the procurement documents of KALAHI Sub-Project Implementation including checking and balancing all the financial transactions for transparency and accountability of the projects implemented.

The one-stop review was facilitated by DSWD Caraga Regional Office personnel of Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI CIDSS) programs.

Mayor Lanete also shares best practices and strategies of the municipality about the project implementation with the KALAHI-CIDDS projects.

Moreover, the activity was participated by Area Coordinators, MCEF, Technical Facilitators, CEF, and Financial Analysts from the municipalities of Lianga, Barobo, San Agustin, Tago, Marihatag, Bayabas, San Miguel, Cagwait, Tagbina, and the City of Tandag all of this province.

Subsequently, the RPMO staff commended the ACT/MCT (Municipal Coordinating Team of Tagbina for being the first LGU to complete the Project Procurement Management (PPM), the first to complete Procurement activity, and the first to Issue No Objection Letter (NOL) signed by Regional Directors and for their efforts for the preparation and accommodation of all guests and participants who attended the said event coming from other municipalities.
