New officers embark for Pantalan PMO Surigao Chapter 

SURIGAO CITY, Surigao del Norte -- The new set of Pantalan PMO Surigao Chapter Officers for 2023-2025 took their oath of office before the Acting Port Manager Froilan U. Caturla on March 30, 2023.
