Hired-on-the Spot gets center stage on job fair 

BUTUAN CITY – The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Caraga recorded a total of 352 registered applicants during its recently conducted 2023 Job Fair on July 12, 2023 at the Agusan del Norte Province Capitol Grounds covered court, this city. 

A total of 20 local employers offering 831 jobs and three overseas recruitment agencies with 434 vacancies participated in the activity which started as early as 7:00 a.m.

Out of the registered applicants, 83 job seekers successfully hurdled the hiring process and were Hired on the Spot (HOTS). 

Xinzylou Toling, the first HOTS, expressed her gratitude to DOLE Caraga for the realization of this Job Fair and to JMNC Technological Training Center for the new opportunity given to her.  

The job fair is part of the service caravan participated by different national agencies in line with the first visit of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in Caraga Region. (LDS/ALI/LEO III)
