11 MSMEs declared as 2023 reg’l productivity olympics winners

BUTUAN CITY – The Regional Tripartite Wages & Productivity Board (RTWB) Caraga officially declared the 2023 Regional Productivity Olympics winners on June 26, 2023 at Almont Inland Resort in Butuan City. 

The competition is organized by National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) in coordination with Regional Tripartite Wages & Productivity Boards (RTWPBs) nationwide, with this year’s theme, “From Striving to Thriving: Reset and Reposition for Impact.”

The Productivity Olympics is a prestigious event that recognizes the best micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in terms of productivity. It is a biennial competition to intensify national awareness and commitments to quality and productivity, and to showcase best designed and successfully implemented productivity improvement programs and practices. 

Further, it aims to recognize MSMEs that demonstrated resilience in their adjustments in business strategies and goals as pandemic change the world of work to achieve their targets, sustain growth, and contribute to economic recovery, and those that have upgraded their technologies and innovation capacity, preserved employment and kept their employees engaged and committed to organizational goals. 

This year, RTWPB Caraga declares eleven (11) MSMEs from the different provinces as Regional Productivity Winners. These MSMEs were chosen based on their exemplary productivity performance and innovative approaches in improving their operation. The regional winners are as follows:
