It is moving Westward slowly. Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands and Camiguin Island will have rains with gusty winds due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains with at times intense rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. While the rest Northern Mindanao, the rest of Caraga, and Zamboanga Peninsula will have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to Strong winds from Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 2.8 meters). Elsewhere, moderate to strong winds from the Northwest to Southwest with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters). CPD-13 unveils symphony of planning 


BUENAVISTA, Agusan del Norte -- In the hallowed halls of the Commission on Population and Development (CPD)M Caraga, a symphony of meticulous planning, unwavering dedication, and precise execution echoed, as the organization stood on the threshold of a new fiscal year, the process of planning and budgeting for FY 2024-2025 emerged as a shining exemplar of how ownership, urgency, and quality harmoniously intertwined to create a tapestry of impact.

CPD-Caraga Regional Director Alexander A. Makinano, during the in-house session entitled, "Elevating Excellence: Unveiling the Symphony of Planning and Execution at CPD-Caraga," on September 1, 2023,  it emphasized that this process would go far beyond being a mere routine exercise. Instead, it's a symphony in itself, a manifestation of CPD-Caraga's core values, and a testament to its journey.

Director Makinano stated, "The Planning and Budgeting process for FY 2024-2025 is more than a checklist; it is a melodious blend of dedication, urgency, and quality. From the comprehensive socio-demographic presentations to the meticulous execution of initiatives through the monthly cash program, each step in this process embodies the principles that underpin CPD-Caraga's impact."

"Ownership, urgency, quality, quantity with precision, and time consciousness are the threads intricately woven into this dynamic narrative at CPD-Caraga," as emphasized by Director Makinano that this process reminded them that their work extended far beyond their desks; it fueled a symphony that reverberated throughout the organization, shaping policies, programs, and initiatives that transform lives.

While occasional moments of doubt may haunt the team, the director noted that they served not as burdens but as gentle reminders of the pivotal role that CPD-Caraga played in this symphony. By embracing ownership, urgency, and quality, they contributed to a collective crescendo of progress and impacted that defines CPD-Caraga.
