CPD-13 unveils symphony of planning

BUENAVISTA, Agusan del Norte -- In the hallowed halls of the Commission on Population and Development (CPD)M Caraga, a symphony of meticulous planning, unwavering dedication, and precise execution echoed, as the organization stood on the threshold of a new fiscal year, the process of planning and budgeting for FY 2024-2025 emerged as a shining exemplar of how ownership, urgency, and quality harmoniously intertwined to create a tapestry of impact.

CPD-Caraga Regional Director Alexander A.
