IP cultural center to rise in Tagbina town
Glenn B. Lazaro of the LGU said, "The key stakeholders, including officials from the National/Regional Project Management Offices (N/RPMO), local government unit of Tagbina led by Mayor Glaiza Jane Polizon-Lanete, the legislators led by Vice Mayor Generoso Naraiso, officials of Brgy. Sta. Juana, SBM Construction, area/municipal coordinating teams (A/MCTs), tribal leaders, and community volunteers were gathered together to formally lay the cornerstone of this transformative project."
Lazaro added that the contract signing ceremony signified a monumental leap toward realizing the IP cultural center's vision as a commitment to preserve and celebrate Tagbina's indigenous roots, and also to safeguard and promote its unique cultural heritage.
As momentum built and preparations intensified, the united dedication of the partner stakeholders highlighted their unwavering commitment to ensuring the resounding success of the cultural treasure.
Prior to the contract signing, a pre-construction conference was held to address crucial matters. The agenda included a thorough review of contract documents, the official contract signing, and in-depth discussions covering technical specifications, quality control measures, and the roles and functions of each party involved, Lazaro noted.
