AgSur PNP awards deserving personnel
PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur -- The Agusan del Sur Provincial Police Office (ADSPPO) under the leadership of provincial director Police Colonel Jovito Canlapan, led the awarding of deserving personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP), during its traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on November 6, 2023, with the presence of Erwena Soliano, human resource manager of Filipinas Palm oil Plantation Incorporated (FPPI), as the guest of honor.
On
various operational accomplishments for the period of October 23-29, 2023,
Bayugan City Police Station grabbed the no. 1 spot and received a certificate
of commendation as top-performing police station for the month of October;
Esperanza Municipal Police Station and Trento Municipal Police Station secured
the no. 2 spot; while the Prosperidad Municipal Police Station was recognized
as no. 3 and also received a certificate of commendation as the second
performing police station for the same period.
Certificate
of commendation was also given to NUP Jackelyn E Aratea, administrative aide VI
of Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADSPPO).
Aside
from recognizing high-performing police stations for the specified period, a
Certificate of motivation is also given to the least-performing unit, which is
hereby presented to La Paz MPS to encourage and motivate the team to take the
challenge on improved productivity.
Certificates
of commendation is presented to Provincial Operation and Management Unit (POMU)
headed by PLtCol. Gauvin Guanzon, for the successful conduct of Barangay and
Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and All Saints and Souls Day 2023.
Top
Performing Operations PNCOs for the period of October 1-31, 2023, were PSSg.
Mark Lorry Gil Valencia, PSSg. Darvin Dave Valencia of Veruela Municipal Police
Station, and PMSg. Richard Mondejar of San Francisco Municipal Police Station.
PSSg. Edison Bruzon of Esperanza Municipal Police Station also received a
certificate of commendation for the submission of operational compliances
related to BSKE and All Souls and Saints Day 2023.
The
ceremony also honored deserving ADSPPO personnel, including Beat Patroler Pat
Jeffrey Balcadenas, recognized as the Best IT PNCO. Pat Mark Ryan Canque and
Pat Joie Amparo were awarded with certificates of commendation for securing 2nd
place in the Statistical Race in the Inter Department Category during the 1st
Provincial Data Festival on October 20, 2023.

the Ceremonial Turnover of Sala Set to Women and Children's Protection Desk
(WCPD) Unit from Filipinas Palm oil Plantations Inc. (FPPI) represented by
Erwena Soliano, HR manager.
For
giving of staff announcements, PCol. Canlapan expressed his heartfelt gratitude
to all the AgSur cops for the successful conduct of BSKE and All Souls and
Saints Day 2023. He also reminded all personnel to prepare for the upcoming
activities.
