The graduation ceremony honored and celebrated the outstanding individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in completing the lineman training program, as well as their exceptional skills in dancing and singing during the winding-up ceremony.
According to ANECO general manager, Engr. Darwin T. Daymiel, the event served as a celebration of the unwavering commitment of the graduates to mastering the essential skills required for this challenging profession.
“Throughout the training program, which spanned for 33 days, these aspiring individuals underwent rigorous theoretical and practical sessions, equipping them with comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and effective troubleshooting techniques,” said Daymiel.
The curriculum was thoughtfully designed by Engr. Diosdado M. Flores III, the master trainer, to ensure that the graduates would bring with them the knowledge and expertise needed to tackle real-world situations with confidence and professionalism.
“The successful completion of the training program not only benefited the graduates, but also held a great promise to serve the best interest of the member-consumer-owners (MCOs) of Agusan del Norte. As we celebrate the achievements of these 30 remarkable individuals, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to each graduate for their hard work, perseverance, and dedication. Their success is a shining example of what can be accomplished when an electric cooperative, LGUs, and communities would join forces to invest in the development of human capital. Let us continue to support and recognize such initiatives that contribute in powering our communities, ” Daymiel underscored.
