PNP Caraga gets 91% satisfaction rating, according to MinDA

BUTUAN CITY -- Citing the survey result presented by the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) on January 11, Police Regional Office (PRO)13 got a 91% satisfaction rating on the Clients' Satisfaction Survey for the third quarter of 2023.

According to Dr. Adrian Tamayo, chief of the Public Relations Division of MinDA, the survey conducted in the five provinces including Butuan City also revealed 89.2% on security and safety metrics, 88.8% on trust, and 87.6% on respect.

Among the police units, the Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (PPO) was remarkable in the areas of being sought for police assistance, respect metric, trust metric, and security metric while Dinagat Islands maintained the top spot for hotline awareness and safety metric.

On the whole, PRO13 had impressive public satisfaction, especially in terms of trust and respect from the general public.

“We approach these findings with receptivity and dedication to do more in policing works and other law enforcement functions. The survey result will serve as a motivation for us to raise the bar even higher,” Police Brigadier General Kirby John B. Kraft, PRO13 director stated.

He also thanked the MinDA for the successful conduct of the survey last December 15-27, 2023, and the 1,142 respondents who took part in the substantial endeavor. (PNP-Caraga/PIA-Caraga)
