Agusan Norte completes digital literacy training
BUTUAN CITY -- In a collaborative effort to drive digital transformation, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Caraga and the provincial government of Agusan del Norte with the support of Governor Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante, upskilled 29 government employees in the province.
Through the Advanced Digital Literacy Training program, participants gained mastery over Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro. This comprehensive training, facilitated by DICT Caraga's ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB), equipped participants to seamlessly integrate these powerful tools into their daily tasks, significantly boosting their efficiency.
The said program is not just about software as it also fostered responsible digital citizenship as it catered crucial sessions on navigating online platforms and evaluating digital contents that empowered participants to critically analyze information in today's digital landscape.
The graduation ceremony, attended by DICT Caraga's chief of Technical Operations, Engr. Lawrence P. Salang and provincial officer for Agusan del Norte, Engr. Joe Mike G.
