“This project is dedicated to improving the care and outcome for premature and low birth weight infants. By providing specialized care and support, we aim to give most vulnerable babies to be able to survive the most critical period of their lives,” pahayag ni Dr. De Jesus.

“Human milk for newborn baby is important for their brain and physical developments. It is important that all the babies born in Agusan del Sur, regardless of where they come from, must have sufficient amount of mother’s milk even if their own mothers could not produce milk,” matud sa gobernador.

“For what use are good facilities if there are no capable people who will run and operate it. Our health personnel may lack the capability to run this but I assure you, if they will give me the recommendation for training, I will approve the request no matter how many they are,” dugang ni Cane.
