120 ka residente sa Agusan Sur mipartisipar sa Jobstart Program
AGUSAN DEL SUR -- Gipahigayon ang recognition day sa 120 ka Agsurnon nga benepisyaryo sa JobStart Program nga naka kumpleto sa una nga pagbansay sa tulo ka parte sa programa, ang 10 ka adlaw nga Life Skills Training.
Gipangunahan sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Caraga, katambayayong ang probinsyal nga panggamhanan sa Agusan del Sur pinaagi sa Public Employment Services Office (PESO) ang aktibidad didto Multi-Purpose Building, Naliyagan grounds sa Patin-ay, Prosperidad niadtong Hulyo 5.
“The first part of our program is what we call the life skills training. This is to answer the need of our employers in looking for the right employees that have the right values, the right attitude, and the right behavior in work. This is what our JobStart Program is addressing through the life skills training,” pamahayag ni DOLE Caraga Dir. Joffrey Suyao.
Gipahigayon usab sa susamang adlaw ang payout sa allowance sa mga benepisyaryo nga nipailawom sa 10-days training.
“After the recognition and completion, we are inviting them to proceed to technical training. We have partner employers for this who could actually train them and the TESDA also. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has been a partner of the DOLE in providing technical skills or hard skills to our jobseekers,” dugang ni Dir. Suyao.
Kumpletuhon sa mga benepisyaryo ang unom ka bulan nga pagbansay nga nagsugod niadtong Hunyo diin ang pinakaulahi niini, mao ang internship.
