PNP-13 opens Logistics Management Course
BUTUAN CITY – The Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Regional Office (PRO)13 opened the Logistics Management Course (LMC) with 53 participants composed of 51 police commissioned officers (PCOs) from PRO13, one from Regional Training Center 7, and one from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Caraga.
PBGen. Alan M. Nazarro, regional director of PRO13, attended the opening ceremony as the guest of honor and speaker.
LMC, a 45-day course designed for PCOs and non-uniformed personnel in supervisory position, aims to develop competencies, skills and values of the participants in logistics management in order to enhance the quality of logistics services in the PNP. The training will be conducted in face-to-face learning mode at the PRO13 headquarters.
"We ensure that we have the right assets and equipment at the right time, making sure our operations run smoothly. With proper handling of our logistics, we reduce the risk of unwanted waste while improving our capabilities to provide the best public safety services and maximize our police operations," Dir.
