The recognition was attended by DOLE Caraga Director Joffrey M. Suyao, together with DOLE Agusan del Sur Field Office Head Buhawe Corvera-Correa, Technical Support and Services Division (TSSD) Chief Annie Tangpos, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Agusan del Sur Senior Specialist Cherri Ann de Guzman, and other DOLE personnel.

In his message, Dir. Suyao emphasized the critical traits sought by employers namely, good behavior, right attitude, and solid values as these traits underscored that success hinges on dedication and hard work.

The newly graduated young individuals, consisting of out-of-school youth, fresh graduates, and young-at-risk individuals, underwent a 10-day training to help them develop and strengthen their personal values and skills that will enable them to deal with the demands of daily life and work.

Reflecting on their journey, two graduates, Jeremy Calinislinisan and Cathlyn Jean Fermil, shared heartfelt testimonials. They expressed gratitude for the DOLE's JobStart program in honing their workplace skills and preparing them for the demands of the labor market.

After the recognition, the graduates will undergo six months of technical training and internship, gaining hands-on experience in their respective fields of work, supported by strong partnerships with the local government unit and private sectors.

In her closing remarks, Tangpos highlighted the importance of life skills beyond technical know-how, citing teamwork, adaptability, and commitment as crucial assets for their career paths. She echoed Suyao's sentiment, affirming that this recognition day marks only the beginning—a launching pad for these graduates to thrive in the competitive world of work.
