This landmark event celebrated the outstanding implementers of the RCSP, showcasing the transformative impact of local governance in fostering sustainable peace and development.
DILG Caraga Assistant Regional Director Donald A. Seronay emphasized the importance of resilience and collaboration in fostering lasting peace. Citing Mahatma Gandhi, he noted that peace is not the absence of conflict but the ability to manage it.
