Tagbina excels in 4Ps implementation
BISLIG CITY, Surigao del Sur -- The municipality of Tagbina in Surigao del Sur proudly emerged as an honoree at the “1st 4Ps Madayaw SurSur Awarding Ceremony," held at the Bislig City Cultural and Sports Complex in Bislig City on November 26.
The event celebrated excellence in implementing the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) with the theme, “4Ps SHINE: Celebrating Excellence and Innovations.”
Tagbina, under the leadership of Mayor Glaiza Jane Polizon-Lanete, garnered multiple awards recognizing its steadfast commitment to the 4Ps initiative. A distinguished municipal delegation including Glenn B. Lazaro, Special Programs Division chief; Ivy Doreen Juan, municipal social welfare and development officer; SB member Marichel Estavillo, vice chairperson of the Committee on Social Services; Gie Ann Panal as LGU link; and Sonny Louie Escalante, a 4Ps municipal link, alongside the Tagbina 4Ps team from the municipal operations office.
