DOLE-13 future leaders unlock transformational leadership

BUTUAN CITY –Some thirty middle managers and officials of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Caraga recently participated in a comprehensive Transformational Leadership Coaching at The Pavillion Watergate Hotel of this city.

The coaching session aimed to equip and develop the department’s key leaders with leadership abilities and mindsets to foster an innovative culture within their teams.

In his message, DOLE Caraga Regional Director Joffrey M. Suyao highlighted the significance of the training in preparing for possible changes and challenges the region may face in the future.

“You are the chosen and identified future leaders of DOLE Caraga. Each of you brings unique perspectives and strengths, and this training aims to bring out the best in you,” Dir. Suyao said.

In the whole day session, participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises designed to enhance their leadership capabilities, promote a coaching culture, and improve team performance.

The coaching was facilitated by Maria Luisa D. Vitales from A and N Consultancy, spearheaded by the DOLE Human Resources Development Service and DOLE-Caraga Human Resource Unit.

The session marked a proactive step toward fostering a new generation of leaders within DOLE Caraga, ensuring that the department is well-equipped to navigate future changes and challenges effectively. (KKVD, LIO, DOLE-Caraga/PIA-Caraga)
