PNP in Agusan Sur commemorates Nationwide PNP Ethics Day
PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur -- The Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADSPPO), under the leadership of Provincial Director Police Colonel (PCol.) Yahya Bustamante Yusup, celebrated the 31st Nationwide Philippine National Police (PNP) Ethics Day alongside the traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on January 6, at the ADSPPO covered court in Prosperidad, this province.
The Provincial Plans and Programs Unit (PPU) served as the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for the event.
The ceremony also recognized police stations and personnel for their exemplary performance and dedication through the presentation of awards and commendations.
For the Top Performing Stations for Special Laws for the Period covered December 23–29, 2024:
Under Highly Urbanized City/Municipalities Category, San Francisco Municipal Police Station (MPS) received a Certificate and Plaque of Commendation as Top 1 and Campaign Against Illegal Drugs and Gambling for CY 2024.
For Rural Municipalities Category, La Paz MPS was recognized as Top 1.
For Mobile Force Category, 1st and 2nd Agusan del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company (ADSPMFC) received a Commendation for Top Performing Mobile Force in Special Laws Enforcement for Calendar Year (CY) 2024.
For Special Laws Enforcement for the Period Covered January 1–December 31, 2024, Esperanza MPS recognized as Top 1, while Rosario MPS as Best Police Station in the Campaign Against Loose Firearms, and Bunawan MPS as Best Police Station in the Campaign Against Wanted Persons.
Maria Liza L.
