PBGEN Abrahano assumes post as PNP-13 director
BUTUAN CITY -- Police Brigadier General (PBGEN) Christopher N. Abrahano officially took the post as director of the Police Regional Office (PRO)13 on January 9.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Rommel Francisco D. Marbil designated him as acting regional director, PRO CARAGA, effective January 8.
The PRO13 command group, regional and personal staff, provincial and city directors, chiefs of the regional support units, other unit commanders, police non-commissioned officers, and non-uniformed personnel attended the event to meet the new top cop in the region.
In his message, PBGEN Abrahano outlined his framework for crime prevention and law enforcement, focusing on preparation, prevention, and responsive action.
He also emphasized that under his leadership, there would be no place for misfits, corrupt officials, or misconduct and stressed that PNP Caraga personnel must embody the values of knowledge, promptness, orderliness, and respect.
Dir. Abrahano, a distinguished member of the PNPA "Kaagapay" Class of 1996, was the former head of the PNP Aviation Security Group prior to his assignment to PRO13. (PNP Caraga/PIA-Caraga)
